These terms apply when you order from Boulangerie Celadon, a home bakery run by Celadon LLC in Hawaii. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. How we handle your details is in the privacy policy.

Ordering

• We bake on certain days. You choose a baking day and what you want from its menu. Orders close at the time shown for each day, or earlier if the day sells out.
• Items in your bag are held for 15 minutes while you pay. If the payment is not completed the items are released and you need to order again.
• Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation email.
• Everything is made in small batches. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund it.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Hawaii general excise tax is added on top at checkout.
• You pay by card, online, through Square. We never see your card number.

Pickup

Orders are for pickup only, on the baking day you chose and within the pickup times shown. Please collect your order on time, as bread is made fresh for that day. If you cannot make it, write to contact@boulangerieceladon.com as soon as you can.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or something is wrong with your order, write to contact@boulangerieceladon.com. We will look at each case and, where it is fair, refund all or part of the amount to the card you paid with. Refunds usually appear on your statement within a few business days.

Food and allergens

Our food is made in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame, so any item may contain traces of them. If you have an allergy, please ask us before you order.

Your account

Please keep your password to yourself and give us true details. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Our responsibility

We do our best to bake safely and to deliver what you ordered. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and an order is covered by the terms in force when you placed it. They are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
